Attentive Customer Service
I had expressed in my review that it was hard to tell from picture that the furniture has silver 'feet' that attach at the bottom. I was surprised by this when I received the furniture. (I thought they would be brown to match the furniture) Customer service reached out and offered a credit back. That was a nice surprise, but I also noticed that in the images, the silver feet were now more obvious. It was nice to see that the company heard my concern and made the change to the image for future buyers.

Great Value - Responsive Customer Support - Overall Very Happy
Shipping was extremely fast. Easy to assemble. Great material and color. Couldn’t be happier - best value you could find for an outdoor patio/sectional. Customer service super responsive as well which is a plus! Very happy overall!

Nice set/holds water
So the set was pretty easy to assemble, you can adjust the legs if they wobble a little. The pillows holds water bad. I’ve tilted and propped them so it will run out and it still takes a long time to completely dry. I had another patio set before this and when they got wet they dried out in a couple of hours, 2 days later and these still had water. I’m gonna move them inside when it rains or purchase the cover.

Luxury
So it looks fantastic however the back is lower than I expected. The covers wipe well but I wish the cushions were a little thicker. By myself the assembly took hours. Some of the short screws didn’t fit so I used the longer ones that came with it. It was not hard just took a long time. Two people would be faster. I do like it overall.

Inexpensive,simple, and comfortable
Some holes didn’t match up but that wasn’t a big deal (sturdy either way) . Came out great and just what I expected. Cushions are a bit thin on the top. But overall a great buy :)

It looks beautiful in my patio! Cushion color is vibrant. No regrets.
