Does this kit include end spikes in addition to in-line spikes?

My kit was ALL end spikes there was no in line spikes

Do these come with a threaded Barb to allow me to attach the micro hose to the 10mm irrigation pipe? Ie 10mm pipe via barb to micro hose into dripper?

They will fit onto the 10mm black pipe securely, not threaded as such, but simply a tight 'push-fit'.
