Best hottest sauce I’ve ever purchased. (I have made my own before but even that wasn’t hotter.) Has a great flavor, aroma too. You can tone it down by making your own hot sauce and use this as a base for that.I am extremely satisfied! LOVE IT!

I tried this product after purchasing a Caribbean themed cookbook. As scotch bonnet peppers are hard to find, this is a great option. As a purée, it is extremely flexible to add to a marinade or directly on something like fried fish. Pleasantly surprised with the heat is controllable but you also get a nice tanginess. This will be a staple item.

Very salty and Scotch Bonnet flavor and Scotch Bonnet fragrance unnoticeable. I was very disappointed and definitely do not recommend this product. Attempted to return same day it was delivered and was denied a refund.

It’s not too bad. Kids love to dunk their chicken nuggets in it for some flavor.

I love scotch bonnet peppers more so than our standard habanero that can be found everywhere. The fruity heat goes with many dishes, not just Jamaican Jerk recipes. Unfortunately, you can’t find scotch bonnet pepper plants here in the States, just seeds on line that have a very dismal success rate of producing peppers. This scotch bonnet mash/purée is the next best thing in my opinion.
