Does the job but slow and messy
Overall the flaw is more in the Audi design than this kit. The kit worked but was very slow. I opened the filter cap on my 2008 Audi TT Quattro and the fluid still went in slowly due to air bubbles. I would pour in a little then move the tube around for venting. Again short of having a pump this is the best method. The fitting between the hose and transmission pan in metal (huge bonus) and screw on to the funnel end fits the 1 liter Pentosin bottle (but not the 5 liter).

This tool made the transmission fluid change super easy and simple
Very effective and inexpensive tool for refilling VW DSG transmissions. Adapter threaded on perfectly and I was able to fill 5 liters of DSG fluid on my 2011 VW GTI in about 15 minutes. This tool made the transmission fluid change super easy and simple. Can't believe I used to pay the dealer $400+ to do this service. Just get this tool and some dsg fluid, watch YouTube videos on how to do the service, then spend some quality time in the garage and buy a couple beers with the money you saved.

Make sure the hose is snug
Had to cut off the ends of the hose because they had loosened up over time, but it did exactly what i needed it to do. Worked well on my 2014 jetta tdi

Exact fit
Works awesome. Exact fit to DSG trans. Easier to beak the hose at the trans fitting and use a hose clamp on the hose to thread fitting in and out. Otherwise you are trying to spin 2 meters of hose while threading it into the trans.

Pretty good alternative to more expensive methods
Kind of a pain in the butt to use and takes a bit of messing with but it does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Be careful though because the hose will slide off of the ends if you’re not paying attention.

Great basic fill tool
Worked great on my 2010 A3. This is a no frills basic tool that works great for filling the transmission. Helpful tip, make it easy on yourself and use some wire to hang the funnel from the hood while filling.

Great tool
A lot of kits I see have it so you screw the bottle to the hose. I was worried if the funnel would work too. Honestly I think this funnel kit is way better than the screw on one. Used this on my Audi A3 8P. The funnel is way bigger than you think and the handle also makes it pretty convenient. Plugged up to my dsg no problem.
