Bought this for my wife who had no hearing in her right ear, (to much standing in front of speakers at night clubs in her teens) it was getting embarrassing friends and family keep having to repeat themselves. She has had a NHS hearing but found it painful to wear, the new hearing aid she finds comfortable and also works very well and has very clear sound. Thanks for making life easier

I'm about 80% hearing loss in one ear and got this as my NHS aid got wet and was playing up. This has enough volume for my use with a little to spare. Small and discrete with sudden volume cutout. Use as much as my NHS aid.

This product was not compatible to my requirements, it seemed to tinny, more treble than midrange to bass. The sound of keys jangling together was undescribable, but not pleasant. The sound of cars passing your opened drivers side window was at a pitch that forced me to keep the window closed, especially at higher speeds. I appreciate that people have different requirements, but thisunfortunately was not for me.

As others have written, you get a lot of unwanted noises even on low volume and an annoying whistle whilst fitting it in your ear.I suffer from mild tinnitus and after use, I found it was worse, obviously aggravated by the increased sound.I've returned it for a refund.

My NHS hearing aid was broken and I could not get an appointment for 2 weeks I thought I'd try this as a temp stand in I didn't expect it to be as good as a propper hearing aid. No mater what position this was in my ear it produces terrible feedback opening my mouth to speak or moving my head also caused it to feedback I tried a larger ear plug (not provided) and it still would not stop.
