These cooling necklaces are fantastic. I purchased 5 of them during Christmas to give as gifts. They're beautiful and they feel amazing. Just freeze and wear for hours of cooling relief. I lived in Phoenix, Arizona most of my life and I thought the summers there were HOT, but they are no match for the heat and humidity of the DC area in July and August. These necklaces make life so much more bearable. I am definitely a HUGE fan! I recently bought a scarf version for my Dad who was experiencing heat flashes as a result of cancer treatments. He absolutely loves it. Provides him instant relief. Also a big shout out to Sam White (who developed the product and owns the company) for providing amazing customer service! (He accepts custom orders, so I was able to get a grey scarf for my Dad that arrived very quickly). LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this product!

Ever since I received this necklace, I have worn it almost every day. Summertime is extremely hot where I live, and I have a very difficult time cooling down. The Nano-Ice necklace has made it possible for me to leave my air-conditioned home and go out in the heat. Because of difficulties with temperature dysregulation, I was afraid to face the heat. When my body started overheating randomly, even in air-conditioning, it has been very stressful trying to figure out exactly how I’ll be able to cool down. The beads on my neck are so refreshing, and when I wear them, it helps me tolerate my body’s high core temperature. People think the necklace is such a brilliant idea, especially when they overheat too on the back of their neck, and core body temperature. I love the grey color because it is so easy to accessorize with almost all my outfits.

We've had weeks of record heat. I greatly appreciate the cooling effect. However, I find the size and shape of the balls to be heavy and bulky. The scarf works, but I don't care for the short length and fabric. Functional, but not that attractive.

This is the first review I have ever written for a product that I have purchased on Amazon. I am very pleased with this product. It does an excellent job keeping me cool for up to three hours. In addition, the customer service is absolutely excellent. One of the cooling balls in my necklace cracked open and I called their customer service. They are very quick to make arrangements to send me a new necklace. I highly recommend both the product and the company.

Nano-Ice is a great company. The owner is very professional, caring and concerned about his customers. He made sure I was able to get the products I wanted in a timely manner so that I would get them when in just a few days when I needed them. He went out of his way, and above and beyond to be helpful. I was particularly interested in the scarf beads for golfing. The scarf necklace was a little cumbersome to take off and on hitting balls, however, I think these will be great for my friend who has MS and really needs help staying cool in the summer. Or my neighbor who is pregnant and will enjoy the relief from our 96 degree weather. Thank you Nano-Ice!

I really wanted to like this product as it is such a great idea but I didn't. The scarf itself is pretty ,but the thingys inside all go to the bottom of the scarft and make it look ridiculous. I did freeze the scarf and wore it around my neck at home and it did not cool me as promised as well. Mr. Inventor, I saw you advertise your product and I wish I did like it!

It barely stays cool for 2 hours it is a cool design

Purchased this cooling scarf because I care for my elderly mother and have to keep the house warm for her. I get hot doing basic work around the house. I didn't like the look of the necklace, as the cooling beads are very large. That is hidden well in the scarf. Plus, you can use the extra material on the scarf to wrap the scarf like a belt, put it on your head like a headband, basically secure it wherever you are hot! The beads remove easily from the scarf so that the scarf can be laundered. The scarf is a stretchy jersey like material. I would prefer that the beads not be so large, but I suspect they are so to ensure longer cooling times. I've never worn the scarf for longer than it is cool. Insert claims that it is "cool for hours" and I believe that is accurate. I have worn it for an hour and it was still cool when I removed it. I also purchased another of these scarves for my sister who is overweight and frequently gets too hot. She, too, loves it!
