Have been having heel pain in both feet for the past year due to plantar fasciitis and heel spurs. Have tried cortisone shots, physical therapy, ice, foot massages, various orthotics, Crocs, new supportive shoes, rest, doctor provided arch bands, heel spur pain relief cream, and rest. Nothing worked. I am currently at home recovering from bunion surgery with forced rest. I need to rely on my non-operated foot for walking and standing support. This resulted in even more pain in my support foot when having to be mobile. Desperate for relief, I searched on Amazon for something, anything that would help. I was impressed with the number of positive reviews for these arch supports. I was skeptical because I had tried the doctor provided arch band supports that did not make a difference in my pain level. Ordered and received the Copper Compression Arch Band Supports and put them on the same night. The supports were uncomfortably tight at first, but I adjusted to the weat? A couple hours later, I had to mobilize and did not have any pain whatsoever in my support foot. I was so happy! I took the arch support bands off later that same day and I was still able to ambulate without pain in my support foot. I did not use the arch bands again for a couple of days and did not have pain, but on the 3rd day I started feeling pain again that had me hobbling. I immediately put these arch supports back on and MOMENTS later had to mobilize. In that little bit of time since I put the arch bands back on, I was able to ambulate again with NO pain. Right now I would rate this product as an EXCELLENT product for IMMEDIATE pain relief! Going to wear the arch supports for long periods of time with the hope of achieving long-term pain relief. I will provide an updated review in 1-2 months. Can’t wait to the point where I can wear the arch bands on my operated foot!

The support on my feet feels good - I have arthritis in my feet. These help support in a discreet way. However, the namebrand is emblazoned upon the top of the "sock" - so wearing them with a sandal or open shoe shows the name. This is unnecessary. I don't want to be a walking advertizement of the product. I like the feel and support but don't appreciate the look of it because of the brand so easily seen.

I got these for my husband who has flat feet to the point where he has broken a bone in his foot just from walking. He has to use inserts and other arch supports. I was hoping that he could use these while around the house and while wearing sandals, when he cannot use his inserts or other supports. He was able to wear them and said that they did give some additional support to the tendons in his feet and held them in a more supportive position, but that it did not have an impact on keeping the arch up and supported fully and therefore did not help with pain relief much. There was some pain management provided but not a sufficient amount with use. My husband also reported that these seem more appropriate for short term use as when he wore them for more than 2 hours, his feet would start to tingle, like there was too much compression to his feet without it cutting off the circulation. He did fall asleep once with them on and reported the same tingling feeling when waking up and removing them. I had him wear them consistently for about 3 weeks before writing a review as I wanted an accurate picture of the effectiveness. I think they do give some support and relief, but not enough to justify a purchase and not where I think they help someone with flat feet in the ways that are needed.

I like these a lot. I wish they were a little tighter. If I get industrious, I may see them up a little bit. I usually tape my arches when I play tennis or do aerobics and so I am trying these to see how they work instead of using tape and pre-wrap every day.

I followed the instructions carefully, used it daily for over a month, and saw no noticeable improvement in my heel pain.The product itself (a combination of a compression sleeve and arch support insert) seemed well made, but the sleeve was either too tight (cutting off circulation) or too loose (slipping down during the day). The arch support was minimal and didn’t provide the level of cushioning or alignment I expected. In fact, it made my foot feel more fatigued by the end of the day.I also reached out to customer service to see if I was using it incorrectly or if they had suggestions, but the response was slow and not particularly helpful. It’s frustrating to spend money and time on something that offers no relief, especially when dealing with something as painful and persistent as plantar fasciitis.If you’re dealing with this condition, I’d suggest exploring other options—custom orthotics or physical therapy may be a better investment. Sadly, this one just didn’t live up to the promise.

Flat feet pain is a huge problem now that I’m 46 years old. After walking an hour my feet kill me and I start limping. I have them on for my trip to Italy and I’m really impressed my feet don’t hurt. I like that they are not socks as my feet swell so much the socks cut circulation. I highly recommend,

They work great but are starting to come apart after only wearing them less than ten times.
