The product is great in its initial few uses and even though cheaper options are available on Amazon, I would say this to be value for money. The only suggestion my mom had on this product was if it had a double mesh or tighter holes, the liquid/burnt substances (esp. with bringles) won't seep through the mesh and reach the burner directly which is better for the burner shelf life if that can be avoided (not sure of the feasibility as I am not the end user). The handwritten note sent by owner with the product has only re-assured that I leave a review. All the best

Overall a good product for roasting but the grill could have been sturdier. Would be a 5 star product with a sturdy grill.

Average quality

A very durable and top notch product, the ease of use and cleaning make it a sure winner. All items from papads to rotis can be heated on it. The hand written letter from the maker went a long way, in establishing an instant connect.Imagine if an Apple would do the same, it would just make the whole user experience even more wholesome.I support you and will support many such endeavours of yours in the future. Keep up the good work.

Not buy useless product

It is is simple and efficient product, ideally suited for my need.

Poor fragile quality. The plastic handle has very sharp edges and will require a soft protection to ensure no cuts on the palm of the hand….. the metal piece joining the handle and the perforated metal ring has metal ends pointing out like nails ….. very poor and could cause harm
