Very sharp and capable Santoku knife for the price. It performs like a much more premium chef’s knife, handling vegetables and everyday kitchen prep with ease. The carbon steel blade feels excellent in use. I expect it may need a sharpener eventually, but at this price, it’s an excellent value.

Finally got myself a useful knife. However it was so sharp that i cut myself even when unboxing. The back end of the knife blade was unexpectedly super sharp. Got to be careful with this.

Don't believe on negative reviews. Blade really feels heavy and too sharp. This chef knife really blows my mind with it's first impression. The blade really gives a feel of weightage. It really very sharp to cut any vegetables. I tried to cut onion and I didn't need to apply any extra pressure on blade, it's smoothly cuts the onion very smoothly. I got really surprised. It also looks premium and worth the price. I also recommend you to buy this knife.

Not as sharp as I expected. I was hoping it would have the same sharpness as the knife I used in Japan, but this one feels to be only about 50% as sharp. While it is usable, it does not deliver the level of cutting performance I was expecting.
