My bottle is not tracking the results. Each time when i fill my bottle i had to tap it. Once i tap it,20 OZ is getting added. This how it works?

Do you have to download the app in order to set when the reminders go off?

HidrateSpark TAP doesn't connect to the app via Bluetooth, it uses a simplified NFC technology to track water intake data, so you don't need to set up glow reminders in the app. You can enable glow reminders by pressing one of the buttons at the bottom of the bottle.
