PRODUCT DESCRIPTION (desertcart-Ready Copy) AA-DUCT 904 is a single-component, heat-curing, silver conductive epoxy engineered for ease of handling and rapid, reliable performance. This high-performance adhesive cures quickly at elevated temperatures, making it ideal for fast assembly and high-efficiency production environments. Designed for exceptional durability, AA-DUCT 904 delivers excellent mechanical, electrical, and physical properties at continuous operating temperatures up to 175°C. It is widely used for chip bonding in micro- and opto-electronic hybrid circuit fabrication, as well as microwave applications requiring EMI and RFI shielding, circuit board assembly and repair, and electronic component manufacturing. This smooth, soft paste is highly versatile and can be applied by hand, automatic dispensers, screen printing, transfer, or stamping techniques. It is available in both low- and high-viscosity grades to suit a variety of dispensing equipment and application methods. Apply thoroughly mixed AA-DUCT 904 to prepared surfaces and press together gently. Maintain contact until fully cured. Mix the container before use to correct any natural settling during shipping or storage. If crystallization occurs from low-temperature storage, warm to 52°C for 30 minutes to re-liquify before mixing.
