Was looking for oil heater that was powerful and efficient yet not ugly for a while.. Reviews weren’t all amazing on this one, but I took a plunge.I have tested it now for over a month and although it’s not been proper cold yet - it heats up the room very quickly even on the lowest or medium heat setting. I have the 11 fin one. And the room is quite large. My heating is all on electricity and the ones that are installed have costed me a fortune. This seems to be doing a better job at heating and more cost effective.And I love that it’s beautiful grey and almost matching my floor hence not in your face

Leaking oil after three months

I was sent a damaged/faulty heater. Had clearly been droppe. One of the fins was bent. Didn't work properly. Blatantly obvious, but packaged up for sale again. Returned it to Netagon via correct avenue. It never arrived. Netagon have washed their hands of it. Barely any response from customer service. Dreadful experience. Sent a clearly used and damaged product, yet I am still out of pocket. How does that work? Happy new year!

Once heated up turned off stay warms for a good while

This heater is very good heat very fast and very strong I had one before was good for one year until the oil started leaking from it I hope this one will last longer as it look amazing

As others have said, it's a nice little heater but it just doesn't provide enough heat even for my small room at full power. There was no palpable change in room temperature and my wife even said the same when she walked in after it had been on for some time. Tried more than once. It might generate enough for a broom cupboard. Returned for refund.
