Hi there - ADK 5 has 5,000iu of Vitamin D where ADK 10 had 10,000iu of Vitamin D. Vitamin D is critical for your bones, teeth, mood, prevention of certain cancers and even prevention of COVID. It is a fat soluble vitamin - meaning you want to raise your levels up to 60-80, but not going over 100.
