If i connect this to an inverter and use heavy appliances like a washing machine or fridge how long will this last during the night

Don't know for sure that a washer runs at 150 watts at 115VAC, but will use that to help you figure this out.
First, I would not waste valuable electricity for washing.  Hand washing leaves electricity for other more important uses.
Here's the math?
150W ÷ 115V = 1.3Amps that the washer uses.
Connect the 2 batteries in series for 12V and the amps stay the same:  4.5A.
4.5A ÷ 1.3A = 3.46 hours.  That is technically possible without your inverter using electricity (efficiency), which it surely does, so in reality the washer would not work for 3.46 h.
Look on your fridge information to see how many amps it uses and divide that into 4.5 to find out a rough idea of how long the fridge will run.  Same math on any battery.
Also, as a strategy to stretch the power resource:  If the fridge is left unopened it maintains the temperature relatively well, so you do not have to run it as much as for normal daily use.
The average person visits the fridge 7 times a day.  So, if there is you and a significant other, that means that the fridge is opened approximately 14 times a day.  I operate my fridge for 1 hour every 4 to 5 hours (3-4 hours no electricity) during 3 week hurricane power outages from a car battery to an inverter.  Roughing it, but not bad at all.  I have lights, ceiling fan to keep cool, fridge, and operate small microwave for hot food, and most neighbors do not even have lights.  
Can operate 3/8" drills, saws, tools too.  So, you are on the right track.  Hope the formula helps you figure it out.

can this be used to replace 4 D cell batteries in a Big buddy heater if wired correctly or are amps a probem?

Yes it will work there is a video on you tube. I did it to mine. Took the back panel off and ran a set of wire from the battery compartment. Works like a champ. Saves alot of money.

When I received the batteries they came fully charged! But they recommend  to charge them anyway.

I have a utilitech emergency light that takes a 6v 4.5ah #0253898 battery.. 4hx2.75wx1.7/8d...will this fit?

There's absolutely no reason it shouldn't fit and perform. It is essentially the identical battery with the same specifications. It just has a different name on it; like the difference between a 6v. battery that says 'Duracell, or a 6v. one that says 'Energizer.'
