What size fly would you use on this tent? The included one seems in adequate

Im thinking of buying this for my son and his daughter but im afraid they wont fit comfortably...he is over 6 feet and shes a chunky 9 year old.?

My husband is 6'1"and 360lbs, he fits comfortably so your son and a kid should be ok, but just. If they are restless sleepers it might be a tiny bit too small to flop around in.

One of the pole sets has a shattered fiber pole. How can my grandson replace it or do we have to return the whole thing?

Depends on where it’s shattered. Maybe brace it up and tape it. Or return it while you can
