My set up is 2" (50.8 mm). if you're having trouble, the lens may be installed upside down. Theory says: Convex side towards the beam (up). Western laser machines - and Korean -always has Convex up. Chinese used to set Convex down.

It's good for 40W-150W CO2 laser tube / laser enngraving and cutting machine.
