Q: Will this get acrylics nails off

No.. even though it says it does! It didn’t get mine off.. was very disappointed

Q: Will this remove Bio Sculpture polish please?

I'm not personally familiar with Bio Sculpture polish, but being interested in all things nail art, I had a Google... Bio Sculpture's various products are UV LED Gel-based. As such, I would expect that ANY 100% ACETONE product could be used to SOAK OFF (not rub) the polish layers. This DOES WORK on gels, as well as nail glues. The key is to PATIENTLY let it erode the layers! FYI, you don't need fancy nail covers and clips to do the job. I prefer a woven 8-ply non-sterile COTTON GAUZE which you could soak in the acetone, wrap around your finger, then to maximise the effect, seal on with regular aluminium/tin foil. Wait 5-10 minutes and they should be ready to peel or gently rub. The gauze soaks up/wastes less acetone than cotton balls and the open weave texture adds just enough abrasion to help in any rubbing. Be sure to moisturise your finger tips, especially cuticles after, as acetone can be very drying. Btw, unless you need a smaller bottle, if you want to save money, search for a 1 LITRE BOTTLE of 100% acetone, as used in nail salons. They cost much less per ml, with fewer eco-trips/orders!
