Not fit for purpose
Very disappointment in this product. The slot is not thick enough to thread anything but the blue (least resistance) band through. Hopeless with the green bands and virtually impossible with the yellow bands. Bits were shaved off every time I threaded them through. One snapped mid workout - TRX accepted no responsibility when I complained.

Comfortable grip
These are super helpful for training with elastic bands. The provide a comfortable and easy grip for the workout. I often find that the elastic bands dig into my hands hence this purchase. These TRX handles are fantastic to avoid any pain or discomfort. They are easy to set up and remove.
