Great way to make my CIEMs wireless
Bottom line at the top: These flat out work. Good audio quality. No interference or cutouts so far. Case fits the adapters plus your IEMS. May need some trimming around the plug to fit in your IEMS, but easy to do.Full Review:I don't write a ton of reviews, but felt like these deserved one. I've had a nice set of 64 audio IEMS for over 5 years from when I was playing/performing with a band. They were rarely getting used as regular headphones due to being wired. Found them the other day collecting dust, which just seemed ridiculous for a $700 pair of IEMS (more if I count the molding). Looking for a solution I stumbled on these adapters, and it seemed like exactly what I was looking for. They were easy to pair, and have great sound quality. I'm still not exactly sure what the "high-performance" mode does, as I can't hear a difference, even when listening to 24-bit FLAC files. The only issue I had initially was that the plugs don't protrude much at all, and they would unplug often from my iems when adjusting them. The issue is that the plugs have a silicone and plastic shroud covering 90% of their length. I'm guessing these are meant to plug in to IEMS with a protruding socket, but the sockets on my IEMS are flush with the shell. The shroud around the plugs is quite easy to trim off with an xacto knife or similar. The plastic that's under the silicone takes a bit of pressure to cut, but as long as you're careful it's a simple operation. Once I did that the plugs went all the way in and were nice and secureThe case was also a nice surprise. The adapters snap in nice and easy to recharge, but it also has room for your IEMS, so there is no need to unplug them. Nice and simple. It just works.I don't think I'd use these for actual live performing and monitoring, but they are fantastic for using your IEMS as bluetooth headphones.

Gets the job done
The media could not be loaded. Its not bad at all for the price and has good functionality and ease of use. Though i really dont like how they voice over the different “modes” if you can call em that, rather than beeps like other generic bluetooth devices. I would like software that can adjust those features or just sell them without the slight annoyances. But if you can ignore those factors you wont hate these.

Perfect for CCA/KZ IEMs.
I'm currently using this bluetooth kit in combination with the CCA Hydro IEM and SpinFit W1 tips. It sounds superb with AptXHD and FLAC songs. Battery life is great and the case is very nice with strong magnets to hold the earbuds in place. I ended up getting one for my mom to listen to her music with as well and she loves it too. That other set is using the CCA C10 Pros.

(Edit after one year) Blows out your eardrums
Sound quality is nice, and in high performance mode, Its very fast responding. However:The Start up voice is very annoying to listen to, I would rather to hear sounds than a voice telling me what is going on.And kind of expected, but the bits that house the batteries and the electronics tend to flop around on your head when moving about. But for the price its not a terrible thing.(Additional thoughts:)Finally trashing these things. If you switch bluetooth devices, it uses whatever the last volume setting was, so hope you weren't listening to your car radio before you switch over!

Thet make an otherwise corded headphones into bluetooth! with caveats.
Start with the Pro's:1) Bluetooth work well, connects easily, and the buttons work well and do not accidentally get pressed.2) Stays in your ears when moving around.3)Sound quality is pretty good. Nothing that is mind blowing, but good. I cannot really discern any tangible drop in quality from corded to Bluetooth.con's1) left channel is much lover volume than the right. 10 being full volume, left earbud is easily a 7 when right is a 10. No idea why, every other Bluetooth headset I have sounds perfectly normal. This is the biggest con.2) If I could never hear the voice over when connecting or pairing I would gladly pay an extra $10. I don't know why, but the heavily accented "ConnecTED" and "pairing mode"3) the case: I'm not sure if it is just me, but the super slick sides and lack of a lip make this case difficult to open and I am a dexterous younger person. If you have any lack of mobility, you might want to modify the lid for easy opening. I was thinking of adding some sore of textured material.

After a bit "surgery" it is perfect
I bought it not realizing that for my IEM the connection should go deeper, so I cut off the excess rubber from the pins (kind of circumcized) and now it connects perfectly.Frankly, It has amazing battery life and does not hurt to wear for hours.Bluetooth connection is good, immediately connects to the phone.Because of my "mod", due to the longer pins, it does not hold my IEM completely safe so I only use it for indoor workouts, but during that time it only disconnects if I shake my head really hard (while the IEM stays in my ear this falls off)10/10 fall resistant thoughI recommend it for any kind of IEM; if you can find a better solution to pin extension it might actually keep any kind of IEM completely secure.

Thrilled with these
I've been using the AZ09 non pro version from KZ and wanted more codecs, specifically AptX. These BTX ear hooks work with my KZ AS10 earbuds and the sound is significantly better than the AZ09 non pro version. I'm using PowerAmp and had to turn on OpenSL ES Output to get AptX to work. Also, turn on HD Audio from the Developer settings on your phone.I had to take a razor blade the the ear hooks to expose more of the pins for my AS10 earbuds which have the B pins. Easy to do. Just be careful. These sound great now. About the only KZ product I trust anymore.
