Yes. But these are mono 3.5mm plugs. You will need a Y stereo to mono cable to use 2 speakers.

Q: Will this work with 14 awg wire (10" subwoofer)? (Trying to plug into soundbar)

Yes, I used 14 awg wire that I ran from my CB to my PA and it fit without issue.

Q: will this work on a tv to give sound to a sound bar?

Depending on your connection type, but it'll give you only monotone sound instead of stereo though

Q: Can I run speaker wire from speakers (had in my old car) to my PC's plug?

No, your audio out from you PC is a low voltage signal. Speakers require much more current, and therefore need an amplifier between your PC and your speakers. Amzn sells some pretty cheap low power amps. I bought this because my new AVR had the 3.5mm female jack that I needed to connect to bell wire to remotely turn on/off my subwoofer amplifier. hth
