10x Mini Joist Hanger - 50mm 2" Timber to Timber

Picked these up as I was building decking. Great product. Decking is still standing so they must’ve done their job :-)

Perfect little hangers. I was trying to get some all over the city and nothing or either too big or not suitable. I bought these to use on my 2x4 joists and worked perfectly. Each hanger has 16 screw holes so it definately secures joists.

These items have just arrived, they are not in heat seal packaging as per the description but this is not an issue, the fixing holes are smaller than i had expected them to be and as it is my intention to attach these to the internal brick wall of my garage i will need to open them up slightly for screws. my intention it put in a couple of beams so i can put some flooring panels into the apex of the garage to created additional storage space in that void. in principle they will do the job as required. The one gripe i do have on arrival is that these needed deburring after manufacture, there are some very sharp burrs on them so care will be needed during handling.

I hope these things work... Or one day I may find myself under a pile of useless junk I now store with the aid of these above my head in my shed/office. Time will tell and if I never write a follow up... Guess they failed and I didn't survive the crushing blow..
