I haven’t used these much, waiting to use them when I practice garnishing fruit and veg (whenever that will be) but I thought I’d try peeling and cutting fruits with these as I couldn’t be bothered to get out a chopping board, a peeler and my usual knife.It peels beautifully but there is a knack, I managed to nip my finger, I thought it was just a little nip but I was bleeding a lot. These are very sharp indeed. I have put them away for now, but these really are good and very light
