Instaflex Joint Support Supplement for Men and Women with Glucosamine, 90ct

OK, I was going to wait one more week to write a review on these pills but I could not wait. I had to help someone else! If your suffering from knee pain please get these pill. Over the last year I have slowly developed Osteoarthritis in my left knee and now the disease process has been very debilitating and depressing for me. I am only 43 years old and I'm very active but the years of running and the fact that my grandmother had this same type of arthritis brought the disease on early in my life. I scheduled an appointment to see the rheumatologists over 6 months ago but I had to wait because that how long it takes to get an appointment as a new patient. Meanwhile, at home I was hopping around and confine to the house with a swollen knee and severe pain. Basically any form of exercise would cause severe pain in my knee and the fluid was so bad it would swell. Most of the time I could not even sleep at night because I was in so much pain. I tried all the OTC topical creams and I also tried glucosamine chondroitin which is suppose to be good for replacing cartlidge in the joints. I also tried this product at Walmart called Triple flex and nothing worked! It just got worst! So one day my boyfriend was reading MSN on his phone and he saw "Instaflex" which was highly recommended for people with knee issues such as mine. So, I read one of the reviews from another person who also bought this product that was on the verge of having a knee replacement and he said he didn't have to have the surgery after taking these pill, so I said what do I have to lose. I was so desperate for some relief. Well, these pills worked almost the same day. I could not believe it! I finally got my life BACK! I can workout again and ride my bike again. I am so happy. I will say this, I have not had any side effects from taking these pills and also I don't really have to take 3 pills. The recommended dose is 3 pills per day but 2 has been working just fine for me. I'm not one to write reviews usually, but this product deserves one. I was told that I needed a partial knee replacement due to loss of cartilage, which the MRI confirmed. In my case, it was almost bone on bone due to the amount I had lost. In the past I had a 2-level fusion done on my back. It seems my body doesn't do well with metal in it, as I still have constant daily pain. I was really leery of surgery that required more metal being put into place. The surgeon gave me a cortisone shot which took away all of the swelling, but actually increased the amount of pain I was having. My theory on this: the increased fluid/swelling in the joint was the bodies way of providing some type of cushioning between the bones. With the fluid gone, more bone on bone contact, more pain. So based on reading the reviews of others, I figured I'd give this product a try as a last ditch effort to avoid surgery. I'll be doggone if it doesn't work! I noticed some pain relief after only a week, and I'd say I'm 90% pain free now after 3 weeks. It used to be any kind of physical exertion would cause my knee to swell up to almost double in size. Not anymore, I can climb up and down a ladder again, and even kneel on it again without any pain or stiffness. I only feel it now when walking/hiking downhill, but I'm hopeful that too will go away with more prolonged use. I highly recommend giving this a try before surgery. I've read the knee replacements are only good for 15 +/- years before wearing out, depending on post surgery activity levels. I hope anyone else that may try this will have results as good as mine!

I got the 2 week freebie and immediately cancelled autoship. That was easy and service rep was very kind and efficient. By the time I was finishing the 2 week supply there was noticeable improvement in my knee pain, which has been a problem for me for a few years now. The best example I can give is that after my gym classes (spin, zumba, cardio) which were all in upstairs rooms at my gym, I could not walk downstairs without pain and without using the handrail. Now I can. The improvement was enough that I decided to buy another month supply. I am giving 4 stars for now, but will update this review as I near completion of the next month. The product is expensive as everyone has pointed out, if it continues to work this well it is probably worth it for me. I recommend giving this a try if you don't usually have allergies or other significant health problems. I am an active 68 year old and long time gym rat. Be sure to get the two week trial and cancel the auto-ship as soon as you receive your supply. If it works for you then you can decide if the benefit outweighs the cost. Update 4 - 4 I am just finishing the month supply I got after the two week freebie. The product works, but I am not sure it works well enough to justify the expense. My new plan is to go back to my old therapy and see what happens over the next month or two......that will give me a strong indication of the level of relief Instaflex provided. As others have noted there are cheaper products available that seem to help. I will update when the results are clear. Good luck to everyone fighting joint pain. Final Update 5 - 28 After I stopped using Instaflex my knee pain gradually returned. So I can say that Instaflex did work for me. But I think there were some side effects although I cannot really be sure they were caused by Instaflex. Bottom line the product works but probably not for everyone and the price is very high. Not worth it to me. As an aside I re-discovered an insert for my workout shoes (Triad Pro-foot) and it works so well that I can go as high-impact as I want in my classes without pain. It also works very well with my walking shoes when I am out on an uneven horse trail walking my dogs. Lucky me, I am a happy camper again.

The Instaflex Advance does not work for me it never did. But this has worked for me the past 12 years I will always use this Instaflex Support . I have a lot of lower back pain , without this I would be in a hospital

First, am a retired Doc, of 30+ yrs.. Practice specialty was injuries & chronic pain. So know pain chemistry well inside body & external meds/remedies used. But, this formula, or bottle at least, had horrible reactions!! Wife & I took it for 2 days just now, as an experiment, as we both have different joint/bone/muscle actual disabilities now, but are different. So, an experiment to see how it worked. After 2 days, both were in global joint pain, all over, all major joints! Not less, as this is intended, & i KNOW the ingredients DO WORK as described individually...as have used them before....but not in this all in one combo. So, joints hurt more, to a point was painful to move around & grasp things! Yup that bad, in just 2 days, of 3 capsules/day, as they noted. And, there was a skin itching sensation too, that implies an allergic reaction, to something in this formula. Also, felt cold, as the body felt like it could not get warm. All these symptoms, are a reactive set of "side effect reactions", to this formula. NOT GOOD at all!! In fact, potentially dangerous, imo. So, was going to return it, but this item is not returnable! So, money down the drain...following this capsules down the trash!! So, do not reco this formulation at all!! BUT, do reco the individual components, as they do work as they noted, & research shows that...so, their sources are not good, or manufacturing is not. Either way, will never buy these again! 👎

been taking for a month total seems to help with joint pain and movement dont think its all in my head .Think it is very high priced
