It's small, light, accurate, magnetized, and really easy to read. Moves in 0.05° increments.

I bought this clinometer for collection because it was inexpensive and looked nice on the picture.In fact, it does work as described, but the nice looking (in the picture) face panel is a self-adhesive sticker which does not hold well on the plastic case. The rubber buttons are also too small to be convenient. Cannot be used in wet environment, and I expect that the sticker will eventually come off.There are magnets to stick it on metal surfaces or rulers (for instance, to set an angle on miter saw), but they are covered with plastic so it does not hold precisely.On positive side, the display is clear, nice green color and it works within the specifications, measuring angles with 0.1 degree resolution. I guess it uses MEMS accelerometer inside, same as in typical smart phone. It needs only two AAA batteries, not CR2032 like others do.It is OK for hobby projects, and looks a bit "cheap", so I will keep in my collection.
