I absolutely love this machine. Works very well for my Nigerian Dwarf goats. Takes the stress out of hand milking and it’s an easy clean up. I don’t have power to my barn yet so the fact that it’s rechargeable is also great.

I purchased this item with the hope and expectations the pump would be strong enough (it has an adjustment dial) to pump milk from my cow and is convenient with battery operation. There also is a gauge to know what amount of suction is created, however running this with full battery and full power it does not have enough suction to move the needle into the green operation metrics. I wouldn't waste my money on this product. I reached out to the company to figure out if there is trouble shooting or maybe I got a faulty pump and I received not response. The size of the bucket is what I needed and it does feel sturdy compared to others I've purchased that imploded due to weak steal. I liked the handle on top but the clips look super cheap and bend really easy, I like the three clips but they need to be much stronger. If they build this with stronger clamps and a much stronger pump this might be a decent machine

I almost return this product without even trying it. I had purchased the high eagle 14 L cow milking machine it absolutely does not work do not purchase that machine. To me it looked exactly the same as the Hantop. But it absolutely is not the motor is much stronger it worked well on my jerseys and it’s a good buy for the price. Like I said as far as the high eagle 14 L cow milking machine please don’t waste your time

So where to start - we are very happy with this purchase.1) Don't hesitate to buy this milker if you are looking for a battery powered milking machine. There are very few out there, but more importantly, you want a company you can actually trust. I know you may think this is somehow a paid promotion, but it is not....HANTOP is the REAL DEAL.We say this because the first milker we got was loosing pressure off and on and we just couldn't figure out what we were doing wrong. We got to a point where we figured we would just spend the $900+ on an AC-Electric one that was refurbished from the old surge milkers, or a $1000 plus for a new one made in India, and to be tied to the power grid. Well, we contacted Hantop customer support to talk about it and to give them the chance to help or fix the issue...long story short, they were AMAZING!!!Not only did they help us troubleshoot the unit, they didn't give-up and sent us a new desingn they were working on. My husband and his family are all engineering people, so we gave them some feedback on the design first design that had a few issues to work around (these are probably the negative reviews on here if I had to guess). They were so honest they told us they were already thinking of doing that and wanted to send us another new design free of charge and to keep the old one. i.e. They have been listening to their customers for a long time and will make it right.The new design works much better, so don't hesitate to buy (the problem with the old one was a bad connection inside and the internals are much better organized to prevent hose disconnects.)2) You just don't find customer service like this much these days. PROMPT, SUPER-FRIENDLY (our thanks to Kath who is the nicest lady!)3) The pump and canister is designed very sturdy overall. Love the high-quality steel canister (although we did suggest a smaller opening gasket like the old surge milkers to help get up to pressure sooner and we know they listened.) The pump lasts a good long time on a charge and does a quick job of milking our cows (even with odd-sized teets).4) The hoses are good durability, but are made to be replaced every few months and are easy to do with replacement tubing. The battery is accessible and could be rebuilt as well.Now you can milk off solar power DC when nothing out there offers you that option.Kudos to great cutomer service and design. Excited to see what they do in the future.

Do not purchase this machine without the pressure gauge, especially for goats. When we first received this machine we could not get the pressure above 20 regardless of what we did. This was not high enough to actually get milk from the goats. We contacted customer service and after quite a while they finally sent us a new pump. Again, the pressure would not go above 20.At this point, my partner decided to open up the pumps. THEY ARE NOT MADE TO BE TAKEN APART. Lots of pieces are glued. He was able to get it open and found a loose internal hose. He fixed it, closed things up, and now the milker works.The gasket can be difficult to get in place at times, but now that the pump is functional the machine does work well. It's easy to clean and makes milking multiple goats much easier. That said, this machine would have been useless if he hadn't been able to fix what is apparently a common manufacturing issue.

After hand milking for a month we bought this machine. It's gets the job done in 15 minutes. I highly recommend spending the extra money for the gauge to show you the pressure. When we first started using, the suction was way to high. After reading the instructions, we learned that we had the suction power way to high. Again...worth the extra money to get this one with the gauge.
