I would imagine the viper is handled similar to the rattlesnakes/cobras here in the US. Cover a beaker with a latex cover and hold the snake behind the neck so it's top jaw with teeth punctures the rubber. Did not find the cream that good for relief so will not be buying it again.

Q: Can this be used with Biofreeze?

Not sure I have used Bio Freeze with Solonpas but not topricin.
