Time consuming energy inefficient performance
The flame is not sufficient to reduce cooking time. Many times the technician tried it but issues not resolved. My observation is it's due to hight of pan support is bigger, hence flame not sufficiently contact pan, therefore cooking time is so longer. It takes 1 hr 30 minutes to boil pulses, rice, 30 minutes to start boiling of water in high flame mode. My request to the manufacturer please to make slightly low hight pan support for better performance of cooking. I need such a low hight pan support if possible. Otherwise I have to replace it by convensional gas stove for better performance.

Great build with design flaws
Looks really good in my kitchen. Works brilliantly. The gas pipe is to be attached in the centre on the rear side. Can be left or right facing.but here are the flaws1. Pathetic customer support number - put me on hold for 15 mins waiting for an executive and then call disconnected, can’t they call us back? Had to tweet to get a response.2. Difficult to clean off spills in the nooks and crannies under the burner3. As mentioned in lots of reviews the auto ignition is problematic to put mildly. Keep your spark igniter close by. The flaw is that spark goes to the holder and not the actual burner.

Below average product
Auto ignition performance is very bad...after 15 days of use, it stopped working. Faber engineer replaced internal parts many times but after 10-15 days. It stopped.
