Side sleeper looking for a non-down squishy pillow...one I can put under my neck without the pillow fluffing up into my face..this it?

No, these pillows are insanely puffy/firm and not squishy at all. I’m also a side sleeper and my head doesn’t even make a dent in this pillow. The pillow kept my neck at such an awkward angle that I couldn’t make it past two nights on it. The neck pain was unbearable. I passed it to my husband and he had the same issue. Then I gave it to my daughter and she didn’t make it past two nights either. It’s like a rock in the middle with pillow fluff around it.

Do they come with pillow cases? I see no mention of cases in the listing.
