Love this coffee maker. The water reservoir is big enough that I don’t have to fill it daily. The lid is very easy to operate and it makes a great tasting espresso or cup of coffee.

Got this to save money from my Starbucks addiction. I freakin love it! Makes the BEST coffees! I don’t even think about Starbucks anymore AND I don’t have to go anywhere to have a great tasting Latte OR 2 or even 3 if I want!

I love my new Nespresso! Easy to set up and enjoy my first cup of delicious coffee. Great to get the sample pack ax well. I debated on the K coffee maker or the Nespresso but after having a cup of Nespresso coffee at a family members on a family visit I was sold on Nespresso. I love the convenience and speed of a great cup of coffee, I’ve always been a grind my own beans coffee snob and was hesitant to go to pods but I have no regrets. Even on my sleepiest mornings a can’t mess up my coffee and it’s ready fast and I appreciate that creamy head on my coffee. Writing this review… now I want another cup of coffee

I'm not someone who likes over-automated appliances, so I was skeptical of this unit. It has a different formula for volume and intensity of the shot based on a barcode it reads on the rim of the pods. I was attracted to this model because I need a double shot, and many machines only do single shots. To do a double, I just use pods that have the right barcode for doubles. In comparison to the older machine, this one pulls better shots. Intead of just puncturing the front and pushing the water through the back of the pod, this one puts smaller holes all around the edges and one big hole in the middle, causing a more even shot to get pulled. I feel like the expresso is getting thoroughly saturated. The crema level is twice as good as my older machine. The taste is great. I like clearing out the lines before I use the machine each day, and I was worried that would be difficult with this machine, but I realized you can initiate a cleaning cycle by pushing the main button 3x, then push it again 3x when you want to stop it, so I just do a short cleaning cycle each day before putting my pod in. I fill my own pods, which is easy and satisfying. I'm using throwaways from the samples that came with the machine along with a Nessus Capsule Kit and stickers and my favorite dark roast decaf espresso beans. All in all, great machine!

Fantabulous! I love this coffee machine. My sister-in-law told me about this set. I like having the set with the frother with it. It is so easy to use, and probably the biggest issue that I have is that you don’t really know what the coffees are. It takes a little bit of trial and error to make the coffee or the cappuccino the way that you like, but I guess that’s part of the fun. I’m getting better and better at it all the time. It’s super easy to use, there is like no cleanup involved except for the cup that you’re making it in, and to rinse the frother. I also found a great sliding pod holder online as well, that works great with this. I love it!

The best coffee ever. I no longer pay 6 bucks at Starbucks or the local coffee shop. The machine is easy to use. The milk frother is amazing. You get a sample of coffee pods to try. Personally I love Chiaro, Columbia and Melazzio. It is cheaper to get the Nespresso app and order pods that way. Plus, you get a free sample, arrives in about 2 days and you can choose the amount. Buy this machine. I haven't even touched my Keurig since. Only issue, the first day I got it I loved it too much. I had 2 double shot expressos and a regular Columbia. I was quite energetic!!!!

We had trouble with the Nespresso machine from the moment we started to use it. We had problems with inconsistent coffee temperatures - from very hot to barely lukewarm. We had trouble with the power button sticking. The biggest issue we had was with the size of the coffee. We had several times where the coffee over flowed the cup we were using and ended up all over our counter and floor - not just a little over flowing - A LOT!!! I contacted customer service to trouble shoot the issues and they still were not resolved. We were told we could return the Nespresso machine for a full refund. Here is where the problem is - we paid $268.89 including the sales tax - our refund amount was only $171.79!!! We only used the coffee maker for less than 2 weeks and were told that the Nespresso was returned to them in very used condition. It's not possible that we used it enough to be "very used". I contacted their customer service again and was told that our issue was being escalated. That was in mid-April - I never received a response. I contacted them again in mid-May and was told that they would get back with me. Another month as gone by and it's apparent that they have no intention of making this right with me. It cost me almost $100.00 to use a faulty Nespresso machine for 2 weeks - completely unacceptable! The only good news I can share is that I purchased the very same Nespresso machine straight from Nespress and it is working wonderfully.

This is the same machine I got beginning of 2021 and was stolen from me. Now I bought the same one and I love it. Now I can drink the intenso all day every day. Awesome
