what is the thickness of this pad?

They are pretty thin, I'd estimate about a centimeter but they were really itchy for me!

Do these have any pfas, or per-and polyfluoroalkyl substances?

I am not sure but I know that these made me really itchy so I felt like there had to be some kind of additive!

Is each pad individually wrapped?

yes each pad is individually wrapped and nicely wrapped so it's easy to unwrap.
