Is this product really as good as advertised?

Our Original Laundry Detergent Powder is powerful enough to clean your dirtiest clothes without any harmful chemicals. It offers a powerful, deep clean made with only 5 earth-derived ingredients. It is safe for everyone in your family and ideal for those with sensitive skin!

How can I get the pods to dissolve? Even in warm water they don’t dissolve well, it tap water at room temp they don’t dissolve.

I've never had an issue. I toss them in the bottom of the drum and wash and they dissolve without issue

Do these pods work in cold water?

It says to set the temperature according to the garmet label, so I'd hope it dissolves in cold water.
