May cause liver damage
This has Green Tea Extract. I get routine blood tests and after taking this product a couple times in a week my ALT liver enzymes were elevated in my blood. It is known now Green Tea Extracts can cause liver damage yet this company doesnโt care. Use at your own risk!

Very good effect but strong aftertaste
This thing works like a charm. I hot clean energy for my workouts without drinking coffee. However, the problem is the aftertaste. It is strong and does not go away easy. I had to use mouthwash after the product every time just so I could bear the aftertaste.
