Q: Will this hold a wallet size photo?

I utilize this item for a traditional drivers license 3 and a half by 2 and a quarter; not sure what size your wallet size phone would be but as I have stated a standard drivers license size (Hawaii, California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada) all would fit with the margins of the vertical ID holder; I have a wallet sized photo of my son taken during his senior year as a varsity basketball player; so i would say "Yes,"

Q: Did anyone else have a really hard time openings this??? I can figure out how to but the card inside the holder😡

I had no problem opening the holder. Pull apart to open and push the zipper part back together for closing. Think of it as a sandwich bag.

Q: Are they anti print transfer?

So far no transfer. But that could be different for other inserted papers.

Q: Does it turn skin green?

I'm sensitive to metals.. And it didnt turn me green. The issue I had was the chain getting tangled if I didnt immediately hang it up. Its strong.. But the chain is thin.
