Bought one of these about three months ago.. it arrived and set in the box unopened this whole time while I finished my cage build.. a week ago went to install it..right out of the box did not work.. couldn’t get the bulb to even try to come on… ordered a replacement hood and light.. …just arrived .. that will not work either… right out of the box.. I’m done..

Happy Bedo and healthy. I cut the top of my terrarium so that there was no obstruction from this light video. Show me you lose quite a bit of UVB when you don’t remove the metal top.
