Great read!
This book is a great read. Very informative. It helps me identify my super, middle, and falling stars and how to encourage them. Certainly made me aware to recognize my superstars!

Creating expectation
This is one one the greatest and most insightful management books I have ever read. Every year I reread this book along with "Who Moved My Cheese". This book willth mind you, it's the employee's roll to achieve excellence and your as a leader to clear the path to all allow this to happen.

Short but practical
This is a very thin book. I picked it because I read a profound statement that changed my paradigm about coaching during the book preview session. I paraphased the statement as: "The coach is not responsible for the change, the person that receive the coaching is!" It's the trainee's choice. I wish the book can cover more indepth information but it doesn't. Maybe, that's what I needed from this book so that I would know what I need to read next.
