It's great been using it for maybe three weeks now and I can feel it tightening. I did use it sparingly a couple of times and did notice it was reverting back to how it was before but overall I like the results so far considering I was only doing kegals as much as I could without getting the same results. I also have stress after having a baby years ago and this has helped a little. I got these from pharmacy but didn't realize the price on here is much better!
