The customer service department really handled our issue swiftly and efficiently. We bought our TV and all was well for several months until the TV no longer turned on one day. We registered the TV warranty as required when we purchased it, so when we had trouble, the customer service department quickly and promptly sent us a new TV! They were very accommodating. They sent us a pre-paid shipping label so that it cost us nothing to return the TV and get a new one. We really appreciated how they responded to our issue. I would definitely buy another product from this company because they gave impeccable customer service. I would highly recommend this TV and this company! The TV itself has a great picture and never fogs up even though it's outside on the patio. We are extremely pleased with the way the company handled our issue. They kept in constant communication with us and answered our every email. I can honestly say that it was a very good experience.

This is a very well built, very heavy outdoor TV. As with most outdoor TV's the speakers are small and don't get loud. I have ordered a soundbar to rectify this and will be revieing that later. I recommend this TV with that one caveat.

This is a very good TV. I had some issues with picture not coming on and the friendly staff walked me through all the steps and even sent a brand new TV which eventually wasn't needed once I determined how to fix the issue. The contact was good about following up with my questions and extending the return label which I let expire. Overall a great experience.

This tv is a waste of money the streaming apps don’t work zero support emailed them few times nothing no phone number to call I can’t believe Amazon would sell a piece like this would not of gave them the one star but they made me pick one

2nd update 11/6/22: took about 4 months to receive the replacement, which is excessive. The “smart” technology is very poor. First, it struggles to connect to my wifi. It’s not the strength of my home wifi, bc when I connect a firestick to the tv the firestick has no problems connecting to my wifi. 2nd: you can NOT stream/cast/airplay to this TV. In 2022, to charge over $2000 for a tv that you cannot stream/cast/airplay to is unacceptable. 3rd: tv speakers are terrible (however most tv speakers suck) As far as the positives: -The picture is decent and can be viewed during the day as long as the sun isn’t shining directly onto the screen. -tv has Bluetooth capability to connect to wireless speakers The real question is how will this tv hold up outside during the winter. I bought a heavy duty outdoor cover. I will be sure to report back next spring. Update: adding stars as the seller was very apologetic and accommodating in rectifying the situation. TV arrived broken. Screen cracked in multiple places. Also the seller stated it was an anti glare screen but it appeared to be very reflective (almost mirror like). I’m obviously returning it for a full refund. I’ve been having bad luck with Amazon lately

Great picture. Just to note you can't get on the internet to stream . That was ok for us I just hook up my laptop. I did know this when I made the purchase,. For the price it's great

Very impressed with the picture quality, just connect some nice speakers since the audio isn’t that great.
