The matty fabric was thin and not in length as I had expected. I had bought this item from Asian hobby crafts earlier. It was of good quality. Anyways the length was fine, so I kept it.

Okay material. Good for beginner level cross stitching
If you are looking for a fabric to practice beginner level cross stitch, this could be a good one. For crafting, you need to go for higher qualities for sure. I didn't like the gaps in between the squares, weaving was loose, leading to uneven thread arrangement while stitching.
