SchwarzkopfColor Ultime Hair Color Cream, 9.14 Icy Copper (Packaging May Vary)

I love the strawberry blonde tone but it's harsh on your hair.

I have been using this color, this brand, and from amazon for years. My last two orders the quality seems to have changed. There was black chunks in the product after I had mixed it once and the previous shipment had a more chemical smell than it typically does. Again, I home dye and mainly ONLY with this product (I reorder from the previous order). My results have started to vary as well and it does not seem to be depositing as it used to. Sadly I wont be buying this one anymore. This brand overall is great for a box kit but I might try a different seller or color than this one.

I love this shade when I used in the past but when I tried to use it this didn't seem to work. I reached out to Schwarzkopf and heard back that it's expired. The batch was from 2015 and is only good for 3 years. There's not a printed expiration that I could find on the package, I checked when I got it first. Tried to contact seller but it said it's not returnable, going to try reaching out to Amazon... These are like $8. I paid $20 because the stores in my area don't have lighter red/copper shades only a couple really dark red ones. Can't recommend buying this.UPDATE the automated feature like blocked it out saying no returns initially, I was able to message the seller using OTHER instead of defective and was issued a full refund. I provided the expiration, 3 years per schwarzkopf and lot number on the box that I had from contacting the manufacturer. Hopefully they pull their expired stock, sounds like based on production this shade is no longer safe to purchase.

Color is pretty close to box. One box covers medium long hair.
