Superb slicer and cleaver!
This knife is beautifully crafted and cuts like a dream. I love this knife! I had also purchased the matsato knife whose ads graphically showed a razor sharp edge that turned out NOT to be the case as I returned it after having to saw through the skin of a ripe tomato. Great ads, mediocre slicer.

Awesome Compact Butcher Knife!
The media could not be loaded. I received my knife pretty quickly and decided to put it to the test making some fresh Smoked Pico De Gallo and Carne Asada.First off, The knife is very compact. The blade is the length of my hand, but don't think this is a little light weight knife. It definitely has some heft to it, perfect for chopping, but also slices very well.It has a good balance and has a full tang handle. The hole at the base of the blade gives a good grip for chopping as well. This is a great knife for the price, very sharp right out of the box, comes with its own leather sheath and looks pretty damn cool too!

Best knife EVER!
Seriously, this one is just freaking awesome. Absolutely my most favorite knife in the kitchen. It does everything! The quality is amazing, very nicely built and sharpened! Don’t fall for all of those advertisements for those $150+ knives out there, that would be a waste of your money, go with this one instead!! It’s well worth way more than its price. You won’t regret it! Heck, I liked it so much, I bought another one 😂

My kitchen hatchet
Do I like this knife? Can you see the smile on my face? It's there. And yes I like this knife. It's heavy for going through bone and it holds an edge very well. The knurling in top and the hole in the blade fit my holding position very well.It looks great and cuts great. I use it for almost all my knife needs which makes it the most versatile knife that I use. And it's cheap. What a value!! A hidden gem.

Good first impression for the money.
The craftsmanship isn’t perfect, but for under $30, it’s pretty solid. It’s about twice as heavy as expected, too heavy for our magnetic knife storage. It came well packaged with blade protectors and in sheath. The blade is unevenly sharp, but cuts really well.

This is NOT your average kitchen tool
1.The knifes build quality is very good, the spine is very thick at the back end and tapers down to a nice chopping V. 2 .the handle is solid wood, and held in place with three fasteners. 3.The Huusk has a grip ribbing at the back of the blade that keeps the knife from slipping. A knife has excellent weight( overweight but not too light either) and very good balance. The Huusk comes right out of the box very sharp so be careful I almost cut my finger wiping off the blade! I also own the other husk knife(see photos) and it is razor sharp as well the knife comes with an excellent protective cover that is stylish and as well as practical I suggest you definitely keep the knife in the cover when not in use and definitely keep this knife away from children. The quality of the blade is excellent and the metal is even with no pitting and no defects in the steel, I love the dark black Machining at the top of the blade and the smooth finish on the cutting edge. I've used my other new blade to cut a hogie sandwich straight down the middle through the thick sesame seed bun with very little effort, the cut was clean even and with no tearing of the bun, meat, cheese, or mushrooms on the sandwich. This knife will cut veggies, and meat with ease! You can cut with percesion and get thin cuts you can see through. BUT if you plan on going through bigger cuts of meat like say beef ribs I suggest a larger scale knife. If your separating a thawed chicken or cuts of meat in that size range you'll be amazed at how well this steel cuts. This Huusk knife is now my Favorite prep and steak knife! I just threw out my old 9 inch cutting knife. This is a game changer! The price VS performance makes this a great buy for anyone looking to up their cooking game. I suggest you get a sharpening steel or whetstone to maintain the great cutting edge of this knife. The knife wipes clean with warm water and light soap, I would NOT put this Knife in the dishwasher, after cleaning try a few drops of vegetable oil on a paper tell and wipe down the blade to keep it oiled and new looking. I love this knife.

Nice to have all together
I like the brand the knives are good and sharp so far I have not had a problem with any of them. I have collected the whole set. I am very impressed. I would recommend these items. I have seen the reviews on YouTube where they say that they’re worthless and I’ve seen some of the pictures of Butcher knife is not made to cut cattle fence, if you cut that wire with a knife, it’s going to be the blade advice is by one knife for your own opinion

Shockingly nice for the price
Bought this knife because we wanted a 'clever' style blade for cutting meat, but did not want to spend a lot of a 9" dedicated clever. I figured this might serve the clever needs and still be useful for other cutting jobs. I'm thrilled with this blade. The thick metal stock means there's good weight to it and lots of metal to last through years of sharpening. The blade was sharp out of the box but REALLY takes an edge well if you sharpen it properly. The handle and balance are good. The placement of the finger hole isn't really useful. I would actually like a hole at the opposite end from the handle so you could secure the far end of the blade for dicing. The curved blade makes rocking the blade for dicing veggies etc a breeze. Great price, recommended. One drawback is that it does not fit any standard knife blocks. If you use the included leather sleeve or a magnetic wall mount that won't matter.
