After hours of research this is the best value for money smartphone I could find at this time. I bought it for my mother whose old smartphone was dying. I don't like Apples and Samsung's because they're overpriced and spend a fortune on marketing and looking shiny while the phones are underpowered and cost you your first born child. This Poco M4 Pro packs well above its weight. There is 8 gigs of RAM along with a G96 processor which should mean no laggy apps and the phone can do some more demanding tasks like video editing or gaming. There is 256GB of internal storage which should mean no congestion or problems where it tells you the storage is low and you have to delete things. It can hold many hours of video on that. IT IS HUGE! The battery is 5000mAh which is big but struggles a little bit when the screen is on the highest brightness settings. However the fast charging means it's full again within about an hour It also has a 64 Megapixel Camera which means very high Res photos of necessary. That's very powerful Generally the MiUi is good but a little bit bloated and has a few apps that you may not want. However given the power and excellent specification at the price point. It is excellent value for money. There seems to be a dual SIM slot and overall this is a really well made device. My mum loves it so far and also loves the yellow colour. She got a case and screen protector too. I would buy one for myself I wasn't so satisfied with my present Realme 7 which is bought for similar reasons. A few flaws but generally exceptional I would say.

I had to get something cheap after losing my iPhone 12 pro, after some extensive googling I opted on the Poco M4 Pro. Overall a great phone, it's quick and a lot more accessible than an apple phone. I play mobile games on it with no issues and runs all social media with ease. My only issues are with the speakers and the camera , the speakers are quite quiet. I used to be able to listen to podcasts clearly in the shower but now I can't hear the podcasts over the water. The camera takes some nice pictures, but I also get a lot of blurry ones too. Overall well worth the price though

If you're the type to spend hundreds, nay thousands of pounds on a flagship phone, do yourself a favour and don't. The POCO M4 Pro is responsive, the amoled screen, vibrant, the fingerprint reader equally responsive and better than the best, if not in an awkward position, if you like to use either hand to open your phone as it's on the power button on the right. I've got used to that in 3 days and actually can't imagine it being anywhere else now. The processor is fast and so far no lag, although I don't watch or stream gb heavy content on my phone most of the time. I somehow think it wouldn't be a problem should I try (you can tell can't you). The specs are everything you need in a smartphone for the price, and you would be forgiven for thinking that it's a flagship phone which should, in all fairness, be at a higher price if we're honest. Amazing Xiaomi. Very pleased with this!

My wife was in the market for a replacement phone but flatly refused to join me with an iPhone so kept on using her somewhat battered Nokia. Her favourite colour is yellow so this caught my eye when browsing, I took a punt and bought it for her as a surprise. It could have been the Crown Jewels, she loves it so much, infinitely faster than her previous phone with a lot more storage, she particularly loves the cameras and fingerprint reader which thus far has recognised here every time, unlike the Nokia that constantly insisted on her passcode as it failed to read a fingerprint. I have to say you get a lot for the money, dare I say more than on my iPhone, though as someone heavily invested in the Apple eco system, not quite enough for me to switch camps. If you are considering a new Android phone I heartily recommend this, you don't have to choose yellow!

Faster than my previous phone and can have more apps open because it has more ram. Bright screen that can be viewed in sunlight, I don't always need to go to a shady place. Battery charges very quickly and lasts well. The speakers are a little quiet for my old ears, but the apps I use for music and audiobooks have boosters on them occasions I need them. Came with screen protector applied, a decent clear phone cover and a pair of wired earphones - which I don't use as I always use bluetooth, but handy to have.

Mein Poco M4 Pro 4G kam obschon in DE bei Amazon bestellt dann schliesslich aus England, okay da wird ein UK Charger in der Box sein und so war es dann auch. Wer ebenfalls einen UK Charger erhalten hat, keine Panik. Ich habe mich mit dem Amazon Support in Verbindung gesetzt und mir wurde eine Kostengutschrift für den Kauf eines EU Chargers gewährt. Einfach mal fragen anstatt die Faust im Sack machen, das hilft. Zum UK Charger gabs dann auch noch die im Bild beworbenen Kopfhörer, die sich Dank Klinkenanschluss auch verwenden lassen. Weitere positive Erlebnisse: - Superhelles Display, im direkten Sonnenlicht perfekt ablesbar - Das erste Update brachte im August 2022 dann das unerwartete Android 12, kein Problem nehm ich gerne :). - 8GB RAM und 256 GB Speicher und dann noch zwei SIM und einen MicroSD Erweiterungsschacht? Her damit - mit 180 g relativ leicht und mit dem 6.43 Zoll AMOLED Display auch nicht zu gross - MTT Ladetechnik für Akkuschonendes Laden, passt - angenehm schnell, es ist schneller als z.B. ein Pocophone F1 oder ein Mi 9 Lite, sehr gut - sehr hochwertige TPU Schutzhülle und auf dem Bildschirm ist eine Schutzfolie aufgebracht - 64MP Kamera, die sehr gute Aufnahmen macht, auch ein sehr guter Nachtmode ist mit dabei Ich bin mit dem Poco M4 Pro 4G sehr zufrieden und würde es jederzeit weiteremfehlen und auch wieder kaufen. Mir gefällt auch das nicht so weit aus dem Gehäuse ragende Kameramodul, das zwar relativ breit ausgefallen ist, aber dafür wackelt nichts wenn man das Phone auf einen Tisch legt. Der Neustart dauert zwar etwas länger als erwartet, doch das mache ich ja nicht ständig, das ist schon okay, es wird ja auch einiges geladen bei so einer Aktion. Ja und da wäre noch das fehlende Video Filmen in Full HD mit 60Hz, obschon der Mediatek Helio G96 Prozessor so was eigentlich könnte, na ja nicht ganz so schlimm, Full HD mit 30Hz geht ja. Ich vermisse zwar auch eine Benachrichtigungs LED aber ein 10 Sekunden On AMOLED Display muss dann halt reichen. Das Beste an diesem Phone ist: Android Sicherheitsupdates erhält es bis im Januar 2025 und es hat das Android Enterprise Recommended Siegel erhalten. Wem die Form nicht gefällt, das Xiaomi Redmi Note 11s befindet sich genau die selbe Hardware in einem anderen Gehäuse, dafür gibt es da dann auch noch eine 108MP Kamera, die steht aber weiter vor und das Redmi Note 11s bekam im August 2022 noch kein Android 12.
