Q: Are these the upright ears?

They have them listed correctly..They are colocasia,“pointing down” BUT the picture shows an alocasia plant where the leaves “point upward towards the sky”. They just have the wrong picture

Q: How tall will they get in this growing season? Assuming I will need to cut them back and store bulbs over winter.

Last summer my elephant ears reached between 7-8 feet with leaves about 30" × 60". I planted three about 5' apart in full sun. I live on the gulfcoast with lots of rain and sun alike. This year I have pulled at least 50 "babies" from my planting site. Water, sunlight and Osmocote.

Q: Why are you showing the wrong picture? This is not Colocasia esculenta.

Hey, I haven't even received the package from Amazon yet. As a customer, I have no idea what the right picture is.
