Old guys need their fiber!
Last year, my doc told me that I'm not getting enough fiber. So, in the morning, I start with those chocolate Metamucil cookies (reviewed here somewhere) and halfway through the day, I pop a few of these pills. They aren't cheap, but they sure are convenient. Not much else to say. I guess this is the shortest review I've ever written.
