I bought this for renovating/updating my bath tub as the old one that came with the house was over 18yrs. This tap is solid, looks more expensive than it costs, absolutely beautiful and modern as well. Temperature control works very well, looks as good as new.

I bought this thermostatic bath tap cum shower unit for the following reasons:Austhetically pleasing and simple designEasy to cleanDoes not protrude into the shower area (unlike most)Reasonable priceLike most of the reviews I have the same complaints, but is this passed on to the manufactures? Probably not! The taps are design for the UK, but the fixing nuts are not standard tap nuts and the normal spanners cannot be used. Like others I had to reuse the old nuts. No good if it's a new installation. The "shower/off/bath" tap has a button (like the temperature setting), but the off detent is minimal (though does make a quiet click) and cannot be detected to estimate the true off position.In short a very good product let down by minor annoyances. Please ask the manufacture to supply standard nuts and make a positive detent to stop the tap securely in the off position. You will then get 5 stars

This is a great tap that looks really good in my bathroom, easy to install and mixes the water to a good selection of temperatures.It fit in place of my old ones, the water pressure is good for the shower but not the best for running a bath but that may not be helped by the pressure in my area.

Initial impressions of the tap were positive seemed well made and looked good however it’s stopped working after 6 months use. We only get freezing cold or really hot nothing in between. I do live in a hard water area but the bristan that it replaced managed 5 years

I installed this tap because I wanted a thermostatic mixer and I liked the design. However after about 18 months the thermostatic mechanism has started to fail. The knob is stiff to turn, and moving the knob a few degrees causes a huge shift in temperature.

Looks amazing stops that cold feeling when someone turns a tap on somewhere else in the house

Installed a few days ago with no issues. Only thing was that the rubber washers were slightly too small - they could easily be installed so that they do not form a nice seal around the hole in the bath. I used sealant underneath the upstands instead of the washers which seems to have worked nicely.Holds and reacts to pressure changes pretty well. Control for shower/bath on-off has a nice click in each position, so you know where to leave the dial to turn it off.
