I think this is a good product, with excellent product information and packaging so you know exactly what you are taking, and a British brand too which I appreciate. I do take other multivitamins and these are only a part of my regime, but they have certainly made me feel like they make a difference. I had a virus prior to getting these that had left me feeling with less energy and a bit low grade under the weather for a few weeks, and whether I choose to correlate taking these with feeling better or not is moot, we can't prove it, I've certainly felt better anecdotally after a month or so of taking these, my only grip is the concentration, as 4 a day is quite a lot if you are already taking other multivitamins or supplements
