I read the reviews beforehand and could see there were some issues with quality but hoped these were isolated cases. It seems not, as my pillow arrived with the toggle that is supposed to be on the end of the cords that tighten the pillow, completely detached, with no way of getting it back on. I really don’t see how this passed quality control. Very disappointing and even though the pillow looked like it might be good, I won’t be reordering because there are enough reviews on here citing quality issues that mean there is no excuse whatsoever for continuing to send out shoddy products.

My wife stole it from me and hasn’t given it back, she loves it and seems to have resolved a neck problem she was having. She sleeps with it every night now, she used to sleep with me! So now I’m buying another one for me!

Bought this to wear around my neck so I could rest my head. Not supportive at all as its made out of three layers of tiny microbeads. Seems like it's only use is as a turban thing to cover your eyes. Will return as its an expensive thing to never use.

Got as a present for someone who tends to doze off watching TV on their hand, propped up on their elbow. This is perfect and much appreciated was used on their first day of receiving this and every day since!
