This is my second purchase of this rug to put out on our screened porch. Over the years the first one was vacuumed, washed and walked on so many times that some of the ‘threads’ were sticking out. I reversed it to the white background side, and it looks brand new, but I prefer the green side background, so I ordered a second one for when company comes over. Our porch is on the wet side of the house which results in rain and snow being blown in through the screens. This rug has held up beautifully for about eight-ten years. Would I ever use this rug inside? No. It’s very shiny and plastic looking. Perfect for outdoor use but not up to par for the inside. I highly recommend it for decks, porches, patios and any other outside area needing a floor cover to add some interest. Love the carrying case for storage- roll it up, slide it into the sleeve, and it’s ready for winter storage if you choose.

Wow!! I spent a month perusing online and in stores for an outdoor mat/rug that would go along with the forest green and white of my house. I liked the pattern of this rug/mat but was concerned that it might be flimsy or fray easily, or attract unwanted attention from a chewing dog or scratching cat. Finally, I bit the bullet and bought this in its 6 x 9 size for use on my screened in back porch. I am so happy that I did! This is hands-down one of the loveliest household investments I've made in years. In fact, I just ordered two smaller rugs/mats in this pattern for the front porch, as well. The dog likes to lie on the rug - it must feel cool and comfortable. And the cat runs over it but seems to have no compulsion to scratch it, as he does with regular carpet. The mat is quite lightweight, but not at all flimsy - it feels very solid when rolled out on the floor. The storage bag is a nice touch. Thank you Fab Habitat and Amazon!!

This is a very nice mat - recycled plastic - well woven - beautiful design and colors - it was very bright when it arrived but I have noticed some fading in a couple of months, still I like it very much. I do find it expensive for the size - this says 6 x 9 - but the mat is about 5 1/2 x 9 so that is why I have rated it 4 star - also the fact that it has slightly faded.It does need to be secured with a heavy object at corners on windy days. I would purchase this mat again if Habitat offered a larger size.

I'd searched everywhere locally for a larger rug made from woven plastic straws and not found anything I liked. This one met all my requirements, but i was still nervous about ordering. The colors are really nice and the pattern is spectacular with my new chair cushions. So glad I ordered! These rugs are a durable walking surface, they don't cause deck boards to decay or develop mold, and they hold their up nicely through sun and rain.

its plastic. looks good from a distance. very durable. but we were shocked to see what its made from ,mmmm

Bought two of the rugs for my deck and I love them! They look and feel great underfoot. Have not had them long enough to rate how they wear, or how they clean, but I feel for the price , I will get my money's worth. I also loved how they came packaged in their own burlap sacks and am planning on doing something creative with them both. For those of you who like a nice storage container for the rugs after the season is up, then I guess you could just use the sacks to store the rugs. I would order from Fab Habitat agin and would recommend their products!

This is a nice looking rug and love the colors are vibrant. It comes rolled up in sack and never flattens out completely even after having it lay on a flat service with furniture on it. I have to give it 2 stars because it's so light weight that a mildly windy day tosses it around. Even with furniture on it, it was constantly flipping over.

Colors are great and durability seems to be what is needed for outside. Easy to clean and looks good.
