RUGCEL WINCH 13500lb Waterproof Electric Truck Winch 12V Synthetic Rope Winch with Hawse Fairlead,Wired Handle and 2 Wireless Remote,for Trailer and Wrangler in Car Lift

This winch came in a very secure package and was super easy to install on my jumper. The hawse fairlead mounted right up with no clearance issues or trimming required. The winch mounted directly to my pre-existing bolt holes with no issues there either. Routing the power cables was fairly straightforward and hooking it up to the Battery was very easy. Only extra thing I will install is a power cutout switch for the positive lead to prevent it from shorting out in the event of a front end collision. The wired and wireless remotes worked flawlessly but there was a lot of crackle feedback in the speakers when operating the winch even with the radio turned off. I am pretty sure a noise filter will correct that issue. Otherwise I really love how it turned out!! Can’t wait to hit the trails and get some real operational time on it!!

Looking to upgrade my old winch. Very happy I purchased this Rugcel winch. Installed Very easy, lifted the water soaked log i needed to move. Will buy again when I upgrade my tractor.

The winch itself seems fine, everything works. No issues. so far. However it came with NO installation instructions. Having an order of attaching things might have been handy. It did come with a manual of sorts that contained a very minimal wiring diagram. If you are a person familiar with DIY stuff this will be no real problem. If you are a more urban type, you may be unhappy.

This is my 3rd winch, and it's been my favorite. I haven't bought the high-end Warn winches because this is just mean for safety. I'm not intending to use it in normal off-roading. The first winch was a Quadratec Q9000, and then a Rugged Ridge Trekker 10k. The Rugged Ridge was awful. It never worked correctly, and the customer support was awful. I would send Rugged Ridge a video of the problem, and they would send some part where I was supposed to take apart and install. This winch came quick (2 days) and I loved it. I haven't had a chance to really stress it, so that will come this summer. But the winch was high quality and so were the components. Much better than my other winches.. Also, the instructions were far better than the other two. It's a full blown multi-page glossy instruction manual (8.5 x 11) with photos, etc. The manual control appears to be great quality and it locks into place. My only complaint is that the hook is shown to be red, and they sent black instead. The fairlead, rope, and remotes were all the correct color (red).

At first, I thought this was a great winch, I installed it on my trailer and got to use it one time. I unhooked it from the battery and put the cover that I bought on it. This winch is supposed to be waterproof and with the cover, I figured I was protected. Unfortunately, when I needed to use it, it wouldn’t work. Everything is locked up and worst of all. I reached out to them, and I have been totally ignored. I would never buy from them again. There is a possibility that if you use our RTV sealant on the control box. You may be able to protect it. When I took it apart. There was no gaskets. It was just plastic on plastic no rubber washers on the screws to the control box to keep the water out. Water was actually filled all the way up to the seam!

Arrived timely, easy install. Looks good and all supplied parts worked as they should. Both wireless remotes work well as well as the wired controller. Have not used it yet but it functions as it should. Great winch for the price.

Bought this to get me out of really sticky situations that I hopefully will never get myself into. The winch itself has a great finish, the rope appears of good quality. The fact it comes with 2 wireless remotes and one wired gives you tons of redundancy in controls. The wires to connect to the battery are heavy gauge and durable with quality connectors. The mechanism to decouple the winch is solid and easy to use. I can't comment on its capability since that sticky situation hasn't happened yet but I have faith it will work as intended

Use this winch on my car hauling trailer so it is for short durations and not very often. Works great but the remote needed the batteries changed almost immediately. The nylon rope doesn't kink like the metal ones can but if it gets stressed over a roller that doesn't roll smoothly the rope will smear. Otherwise it has performed well.

Use this to pull up my sea doo switch on to my can dock to get my switch out of the water after use

I used mine twice once to winch a Mazda 3 up on to my car trailer second time was a ford f350 on flat ground as soon as the rear tires got to the ramp the gear box on the winch exploded. I guess you get what you pay for but im really not impressed. Im not convinced in anyway its good for 13500lbs after that experience. Its very light duty as i said before i guess you get what you pay for.

I am surprise by this winch. It is strong. Pulled tree stumps, loaded a 8 seater hot tub in a trailer. i have no regrets buying this one. I highly recommend this one
