I recently used Rescue Tape by Bond It to fix a leak in a well pipe, and I couldn’t be more impressed with its performance! I really didn't think this would work, I then got a hot chip that melted my DeWalt hose and left a nail size hole. Followed the directions, wrapped it tight so it was thin to get back into the spring loaded automatic hose reel from DeWalt, it went back inside without a flinch. I was drastically surprised. I felt almost like it wasn't ready or was already used.... But it's normal. Once you start stretching and wrapping it sticks like an sob. It also starts to thin out as it gets activated making it great to wrap a rubber air hose. No leaks and were two or three months out using 175psi. Save yourself cutting and splicing hoses, not worth it. Safer, faster, more reliable than a splice. See for yourself, thank you!!!

I used this to patch a leak in my power steering hose before I could get around to replacing it. It was an oily mess in a tight spot, dealing with a pinhole leak that developed right after changing the fluid, so I couldn't really get a good seal. It did slow the leak so I didn't have to add as much fluid and gave me some time. Probably works best on water based/ radiator hoses than on oil based situations. Good enough that I keep a roll in my car with my emergency kit

Excellent product and temporary fix for leaking water pipes under pressure. Stopped minor pinhole leaks on 1/2" and 3/4" copper water pipe and pipe joint. Stretch and apply according to directions. Easy to apply. If possible, reinforce tape with a pipe clamp. Good to have on hand for minor water leaks, until a permanent fix can be put in place. Self sealing and can be applied while under water pressure.

Did exactly what i needed it to do. You just need you make sure to stretch the tape more than you might think it can to get a good tight fit

I wish I could rate this lower than one star. This thing is a complete joke and a total waste of money. Unless you're fixing a low-pressure pipe like under sink drain pipe or unless the leak is on a flat space (e.g. not at a fitting), it won't work. I tried it three times on a 45 psi, strictly following the instructions, and it failed every single time. By the third try, the whole wrap just fell onto the floor in one piece - literally fell off :-)

This is the third time I've done this......ordered the item pictured in the ad but received something else. If this was something Amazon did to most of the items sold......I would have gotten the hang of it and not made the mistake......three times now.....I won't do it again. The first time this happened, I thought it was a one time deal......the second time, it irritated me......ordered a green item pictured and received a red instead which was nowhere in the description of the item.I do enjoy Amazon....am now a 'Prime' member. I just don't like it when I have to read the fine print when searching for an item. I don't like it that from now on I have to hope that the item I thought I ordered is in the box I receive.Pictured are three rolls of tape in different colors. I did take note that this was for white tape and assumed I would be receiving three rolls of white tape. Only received one roll.

Viel zu kleinAuf der Beschreibung steht 1ft mal 12 ftIn wirklichkeit sind das 1 Zoll mal 12 Zoll ........ Da ist ein Faktor 10 zu klein !!!!!!!!!!Ob es klebt kann ich noch nicht sagen ..... Bin jedenfalls sehr enttäuscht !!!!
