Perfectly fine. Looks really great.
Well... I almost wrote a bad review for a perfectly good chair. I made a mistake when I went to put the armrests on, and just to be sure that I wasnt about to get assaulted by the internet, I went back to the instructions for a fourth time just to be sure I didnt miss something. Anyways, I'm just going to leave the origional review as its, because it still has some good information in it. I have one complaint about this chair. The seams all look like my 200lb *** is going to tear them apart. They do not look sturdy enough for the average 6.2' male. If I am wrong, I will come back and fix the review, probably.I actually really like the look of the chair. When I picked up the boxes from the porch I could tell that this was going to be a rough experience. I know my UPS driver and she's very good so I dont thing the boxes had anything to do with her. However, the way the box was taped made me immediately think that this was a returned product from an unsatisfied customer. All of the screws and washers were thrown into the same bag together and they were wrapped in a way that made it look like Ronald Weasley just pulled them out of his sweaty pocket on the train to Hogwarts. I'm a smart guy, I can separate by size and shape and count up to the quantity on the instructions. Honestly, none of this really bothered me. The chair looks really good and will fit really well for what I had planned for it. That was until I went to attach the armrests. There are holes drilled into the bottom of the armrests, and the top of the chair fixtures that they are supposed to be screwed onto...There are two 8" x 2" plates that go in between the armrest and the fixture on the chair. They are important! If I believed that this chair could hold up to 200lb for at least 3 hours a day and last for at least 2 years, then I'd give it 5 stars. It looks great. It's comfortable. I just cant attest to its durrability.

Comfortable!!
I had a regular gaming chair where the height can be adjusted but doesn’t recline. And the wheels were annoying me to no end!So I’ve been checking out new chairs where it would recline, so I can watch shows on my tv while chilling and relaxing. When I’m in the mood to draw, I can sit up and draw away. The height is a little low, but I can work with it. I hope. And the ottoman is perfect to rest my feet. I don’t have to put my feet on my desk anymore! Now, unpacking and unwrapping everything was a nightmare. That just means they packaged everything well. But it was still annoying. Took me more than 30 minutes to do so. And building everything probably took me an hour bc the instructions were just pictures. But after looking over several times and looking at the pieces and using common sense, I was able to put this together without any problems. Now I have two left over screws…. Not sure if they added additional screws in case we misplace it or I missed a spot… it should be fine… I hope. Now, the chair itself, as I mentioned earlier, it’s extremely comfortable. The swivel isn’t as smooth as it should be, but it still does the job. To recline, all you gotta do it lean back. The legs supporting everything seems to be pretty solid.A very solid chair!!!

Second chair in three years. They tried to repair the first but were unsuccessful. See review.
Obviously the chair and another my wife ordered were basically satisfactory hence, I ordered a new replacement. Pricing was quite attractive . Keep in mind this is not a $2000 leather chair!

Iffy chair horrible customer service (update)
I got this chair in 2020, so for most of that time it was an ok chair. first we found that there were missing bolts, then the padding in the seat back started to wear out, I put a pillow behind me to fix that. Then the seat padding started going, so again an old pillow. Then the springs in the seat popped... At this point I sent an email asking if I could get a new seat section to replace the broken 1,(not asking for a free 1, just asking to buy it), STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN A RESPONSE,So my experience with this chair is 50/50 and for $400ish it should have lasted longer(After my post I was finally contacted by their customer service. I now have a new seat for the chair. It was a confusing process but I am now able to use the chair for at least a few more years.)

Recliner, but not true swivel, overpriced for the quality of the chair but very nice base.
Very very Inadequate cheap plastic swivel mechanism. Should not be marketed as a swivel chair. Nice wood base but disappointing chair, minimal design, poorly padded, padding does not fill the armrest compartments so material sags. Arm rest padding insufficient where elbows rest. Forms permanent depression after first use. Basically a cheap low-end chair on an above average looking base. Material has a disagreeable chemical odor.
